Phil Writes Abouts The Sims 3: Project MEGAHOUSE Part 1 The Beginning

Concept:
The idea of this project is to create a house that is worth so much that you receive $1,000,000 in rent each week from your roommates.


Start:
I went to Barnacle Bay to start my project. 

Here is my guy:
Name: Project MEGAHOUSE
Traits: Angler, Friendly, Heavy Sleeper, Loves the Outdoors, and Lucky
Lieftime Wish: Living in the Lap of Luxury

Time to pick a house to start with! I plan on setting up my own furniture.

Here is what I came up with:


And the fun begins!!

My basic game plan to start is to get one roommate and join the Angler career (its my favorite). I want to use to funds I get from rent each week and consigning my fish to upgrade my house until I have two roommates and enough to move into a bigger house. At that point, I want to either move to a bigger house, move to a blank lot to build my own house, or move to a different town. I am undecided at this point.

Starting weekly rent: $130

After a few weeks of upgrading, I added my second roommate! Now, it is time to wait until I have enough to move to a bigger house. This one is getting cramped!

Weekly rent: $322

After many months, I started making a reasonable $881 a week in rent. I saved up enough to move to a bigger place! Here was the place.
Weekly rent: $881

And here is the new place! I am going to have five roommates for now, and I plan on saving up to move to a empty lot and start the real megahouse.
Weekly rent: $1,900

#blessed There are certain things that are blessings. A new baby in the family, a sick loved one feeling better, or even going out to lunch with a friend you haven't seen in a while. But a pair of new shoes when you already have a ton is not a blessing. A new kitchen table or a new TV is not a blessing. Growing up in a church I honestly rarely heard the words “blessing” or “blessed”. When someone says they are “blessed they are basically saying “God is shinning down on me to get this material thing and I'm going to post on Facebook about it.” Instead what they should be saying is “I'm so thankful to have this new TV” or “I am proud of myself for working hard and saving up for my new TV.” I was scrolling down my news feed and saw that a girl who competed in a vocal competition, got a very high rating. Here  is a link to the list of all Lifetime Wishes For this Lifetime wish, a sim needs to gets to level ten of the Police career path (Forensics Branch). Carl Smith decided to set out on this journey. Once he got a job at the Police Station, he set off on a quest to get in shape. Working out in front of an old TV can only get you so far, though.  After working this way up the ranks, Carl found he needed more skills like painting, logic, and writing reports. He managed to scrap enough funds together to purchase an easel. This led to selling painting to buy a chessboard and a computer.  Years of grinding away at these skills finally resulted in Carl reaching his goal of Dynamic DNA Profiler!
